Sponge Water Fun ages 2 to 6

It’s going to be warm this Friday. Time to cool off with soft, cheerful sponges and buckets of water. For children aged 2 to 6, with a calm play corner and a cheerful splash zone. Get yourself wet, squeeze your sponge over a bucket or toss it at a friend.

About the event
For the youngest children ( ages 2 to 4 ), there is a discovery play corner with sponges, tubs, and water. They can soak up water, pour it, wring sponges on their arms or legs, or simply watch quietly what happens. A sponge on your head, a little water on your foot: anything goes, nothing is mandatory.
I bring along various small containers and other discovery items: from spoons to funnels, from scoops to containers with holes. Simple materials with which children can pour, transfer, feel, and see what water does.
Parents stay nearby at this playground.
For children aged 4 to 6, there is a small water fight with cheerful sponges .
You are allowed to wet or throw water at each other there.
In between, we take a break for lemonade or a sip of water.
